My name is Thembisile Mhlongo who has attain a diploma in farming management. I did my inservice training in Beauvallet Poultry Farm and completed where I was exposed to broiler production. I also have experience with layers in 2022 I have been involved in World Wise Foundation in the United States of America where interns participate in all farm duties a whole year. I am cap working individual and able to acknowledge problems concerning the farm and those which might affect the production. A young farmer who can work extra hours and has worked as a meat quality controller in Riversmead Poultry Farm. In my course I also did human resource management an also financial management in any environment I fit enough to work on it. My area of interest is in poultry and dairy production.
