My name is Thembelani Cyprian Mbili I have a qualification N6 in farming management and I have completed my 18 months practical learning in Olivar dairy farm, in the farm I performed different duties  including milking, assisting with hoof repairing and assisting in the workshop repairing farm machinery.

I have the best attitude in a duty I’m assigned to and I always do it with passion I always want to learn something new in that duty and I am able to work on my own or with a team but for me personally I find it advantageous to work on my own because that gives me time to figure the duty I’m assigned to on my own and I believe I am my best teacher.

If given an opportunity I would also love to work under a company that is provides consultant service to farmers as well as emerging farmers because I love helping people and seeing success on the project I’m  helping with and I also love meeting new people. I  have a good personality I find it easy to connect with people or present to people solutions or the research I have done or the findings of the company I will be working for requires of me to deliver.
