Olwethu Sosibo

My name is Olwethu Sosibo. I was born and bred in Bulwer which is a rural settlement under the Harry Gwala District Municipality where agriculture is rife.

Milk and maize are the most produced products in our district. This is where my passion for farming started. Farming has continued to create job opportunities in my hometown and in that way, I fell in love with the industry. I completed N6 in farming management at Lovedale TVET college. After completing my N6, I did my experiential learning (18 months) at Alsace Farm, a dairy farm registered under Stapylton-Smith Farming.

I am seeking a dairy or beef farm where I can grow professionally and personally while making a contribution to the farm.
