Nomusa Bhengu

I am Nomusa Bhengu a 27 year old young woman in Agriculture. I obtained my Advanced Diploma in Agriculture and community development at Mangosuthu University of Technology and gained my first work experience when i joined the HGA in-service training program in 2021 at a Dairy Farm in Ixopo which played a huge role in me scoring another internship and my first employment contract with the Department of Agriculture Land Reform and Rural development.  

I am a self-motivated woman who found love in Agriculture with the intention of uplifting our struggling communities by breaking the deprivation trap/cycle which includes improving food security and alleviating poverty. I am currently unemployed however i do volunteering for "one-School-one-garden" program at the surrounding schools under the Ithuba Agribusiness. I am especially interested in animal production.
